What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your initial appointment is an important step in getting to know you and creating a personalized treatment plan. During this visit, you can expect:

• A warm welcome from our front desk team
• Review of your medical and dental history
• Digital X-rays or 3D imaging (if needed)
• Comprehensive evaluation by our oral surgeon
• Discussion of treatment options and recommendations
• Time for you to ask questions about your care

Most consultations take about 45–60 minutes. If you’re visiting us for a specific concern (such as wisdom teeth, implants, or extractions), we’ll focus the visit around that treatment.

What to Bring With You

To make your visit smooth, please bring:

• A valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• Your dental insurance card and medical insurance card (if applicable)
• A list of medications you currently take
• Referral slips or X-rays from your general dentist (if you have them)
• Any questions you’d like to discuss with the doctor

➡️ Patient Forms: Please complete your forms online before your visit using our secure new patient forms. This saves time and helps us prepare for your appointment.

If the patient is under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them to the appointment.

Insurance & Payment Information

We accept most major insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. A member of our team will review your benefits and provide an estimate before treatment begins. For out-of-pocket costs, we offer multiple payment options and financing solutions.
